Native Lobster

Did you know…

Lobsters keep growing forever, or so research suggests. They eat each other and females are the players—they make the first move. Lobsters taste with their legs, chew with their stomachs and, contrary to popular belief, they don't scream in pain when you cook them.

What does lobster taste like?

A unique flavour, light and sweet, with a spongy texture due to its high amounts of protein.

Health benefits?

Lobster helps protect against thyroid disease, depression and anemia.

Our favourite recipe?

Lobster roll – brioche bun, lettuce and a spicy lime mayo with a generous helping of lobster meat and a sprinkle of chives OR why not add to a rich pasta dish!

Health benefits?

Prawns are good for the heart, immune health, skin health and help with youthfulness. They also help build strong bones, build muscles, prevent cancer, and help fight Alzheimer’s disease.
