GET TO KNOW THE FACES BEHIND THE BOX
We (Darren & Ryan) founded The Oyster Box in 2020. We have both worked in the catering industry for over 10 years. This work has enabled us to travel the world and work in some great places. We have both worked all over the UK, France and Australia. Over the years we have catered in large hotels, weddings, restaurants and events.
5 years ago we both took the difficult decision to re-train into more conventional 9-5 jobs because we both started a family. However, we continued to have a passion for food and have found themselves drawn back into the catering industry.
During our spare time we have catered for many events and parties. We found a new passion when recently serving up an Oyster Bar, which planted the seed for our new business, The Oyster Box.
This service is unique in the Midlands and we have liaised with the nations oyster suppliers, which enables The Oyster Box to offer a range of the UK’s freshest high-quality oysters and seafood at affordable prices.
